Demolding Systems
Automatic or semi-Automatic systems to demould the cheeses.
Automatic Stations equipped with a system to take the caps off the mould, a second system (if needed) to turn these cheese-filled-moulds over in a continuous way and a third extracting bell or system (by blowing or aspiring) that removes the cheese from the mould and sends automatically these cheeses to the brine. Polyvalent systems to demold up to 6 different cheese types, continuously and with no changes.
