Cheese Manufacturing Vats
MANUFACTURING VATS: Open or close Double “O” vats, from 3.000 l up to 15.000 litres. This is the most efficient and hygienic vat with an exclusive draining system able to drain an adjustable quantity of whey, without stopping the blades.
The special blades, the cutting and stirring systems, and an adequate heating system ensure and guarantee the highest yields.
Round or Half cylindrical vats, open or closed, for blue-veined cheese or soft cheese
